Making sentences

Today we used objects to help us make sentences. Some of us attempted our own sentences on the white boards. Tino pai tamariki Ma!

Clay Firebirds

We have had some fun with F week this week. We used our imaginations to draw what we thought a strong, powerful Firebird would look like, we linked this into our writing the next day. On Friday we made Firebirds out on clay under the tree outside. What a lovely time we had and an ideal opportunity to develop our language around new experiences.
